COFE has completed a new funding round led by Wa’ed Ventures, the venture capital arm backed by Saudi Aramco, valuing the coffee-focused digital platform at approximately $178 million, according to the announcement.
The company did not disclose the amount raised or the other participating investors. The round comes more than three years after COFE’s last publicly announced financing, a $15 million Series B in March 2023, also led by Wa’ed Ventures.
Since then, COFE has expanded beyond coffee ordering into e-commerce, digital services and solutions for brands and businesses. Its offering now includes coffee beans, capsules, brewing equipment, subscriptions, loyalty programs, delivery and pickup services.
The company is also developing tools for businesses covering digital commerce, customer management, loyalty and marketing. It said it is exploring artificial intelligence and software agents for growth, marketing and commerce operations.
COFE entered Saudi Arabia in 2020 and has partnered with Saudi Coffee Company, a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund, to support the digitization of the coffee sector. The platform operates across Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the UAE and Turkey.
According to company data, COFE has around 2 million users, more than 4.1 million downloads and access to over 15,000 stores. In July 2026, Al Imtiaz Group also announced its exit from its investment in Cofe District App Holding Ltd for approximately $12.58 million.
