Dubai-based business setup firm Creative Zone, in partnership with RAKEZ and Mashreq NEO BIZ, has launched the Young Entrepreneurs’ Business Setup Program. The UAE initiative is designed to support early-stage founders and new business owners in moving from idea to incorporation by simplifying the setup process and providing a package of essential services.
Quick Facts
- Provides over AED 15,000 in benefits
- Partners include RAKEZ and Mashreq NEO BIZ
- Aimed at simplifying early-stage business setup
- Includes banking, logistics, and legal support
Streamlining the Path from Idea to Incorporation
The program launches as the UAE cements its reputation as a leading global entrepreneurship hub, ranking first globally in the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor’s National Entrepreneurship Context Index for four years running. With a government target to reach one million SMEs by 2030, the ecosystem is primed for growth.
However, new founders often struggle with navigating complex setup procedures, securing banking services, and building the necessary operational support networks. This new initiative aims to bridge these gaps by consolidating setup assistance, financial access, and business tools into a single, structured entry point.
“Starting a business is a major step, and what many new entrepreneurs need is not just ambition, but the right structure and support around them,” said Lorenzo Jooris, Group CEO of Creative Zone. “This programme was created to make that step more practical and more accessible for those ready to build something of their own.”
A Partner-Backed Ecosystem of Services
The program, developed with partners including DHL and Zoho, offers founders a suite of tools valued at over AED 15,000. Key benefits include digital bank account opening with Mashreq NEO BIZ, discounted logistics services from DHL, and crucial support for corporate tax and VAT registration.
The package also provides medical insurance, one year of AWS web hosting, a virtual office, and access to HR and legal services through Creative Zone’s network, providing a more coordinated support framework for an operational business.
Anas Hijjawi, Chief Commercial Officer at RAKEZ, commented, “This collaboration is about giving young entrepreneurs a more accessible and better-supported path into business ownership, with the right structure in place from the start.”
