Dubai-based technology provider Disrupt-X has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with global technology leader Intel and international facility management giant Rekeep. The strategic partnership aims to deploy AI-driven sustainable infrastructure solutions across the GCC, Europe, and Asia, marking a significant global expansion for the UAE-born company.
A Strategic Collaboration For Smart Facilities
The collaboration unites three industry leaders to modernize how large-scale facilities are monitored, certified, and managed. Disrupt-X will deploy its proprietary ALEF 360° platform and ClimaCert-X AI certification system, which provide continuous monitoring and real-time insights into safety, sustainability, and operations. Intel will supply the foundational Edge AI and Cloud technologies to power the initiative, while Rekeep will contribute its extensive expertise in facility and healthcare infrastructure management to drive implementation and ensure scalability across its vast portfolio.
