Dubai Culture and Arts Authority will host the fourth edition of the Al Quoz Creative Entrepreneurship Forum on October 30 and 31, bringing entrepreneurs, investors, cultural leaders, artists and designers together to examine the future of the creative economy.
Held under the theme “Creative Horizons: Possibilities Beyond Borders,” the forum will take place at Area 57 in Al Khayat Avenue, within Dubai’s Al Quoz Creative Zone. It is being organised in strategic partnership with Al Khayat Avenue.
The programme will feature talks, panel discussions and “creative flashes” focused on entrepreneurship, investment in creative businesses, branding and competitive business models. Sessions will also explore design, media, gaming, digital platforms and how audience reach can be converted into sustainable economic value.
Dubai Culture said the forum is designed to help creative entrepreneurs build market knowledge, develop flexible operating models and access relevant funding and partnerships.
The event will also host the Al Quoz Creative Entrepreneurship Competition for early-stage startups and entrepreneurs in the cultural and creative industries. Shortlisted teams will pitch to attendees and a judging panel of industry experts, investors and forum partners.
The first-place winner will receive AED 80,000, followed by AED 50,000 for second place and AED 30,000 for third place. Winners will also receive additional prizes from forum partners.
