Dubai PropTech Hub, an initiative of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), has partnered with Innovo Group to help construction technology companies test and scale their solutions across the UAE and wider Global South.

The agreement will give startups access to Innovo’s live construction projects and engineering expertise. Companies will be able to validate technologies in real-world settings before wider commercial deployment, according to the announcement.

The partnership will focus on artificial intelligence, robotics, digital twins, automation, sustainable materials and new construction methods. These technologies are intended to support improvements in cost efficiency, productivity, safety, quality and project delivery.

Innovo’s presence across Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America could also help UAE-developed PropTech solutions reach international markets, the companies said.

Launched in 2025 under DIFC Innovation Hub, Dubai PropTech Hub aims to support more than 200 PropTech startups and attract over $300 million in investment by 2030. Its first Global Landing Pad cohort included a large focus on pre-construction and construction, with half of participants working in those areas.

The partnership comes as construction accounts for approximately 9.2% of the UAE’s GDP, according to the announcement.
