Quick Facts
- What: NQUBATOR PropTech Demo Day.
- Where: Dubai, UAE.
- Focus: Connecting PropTech startups with investors and partners.
Bridging Startups with Strategic Capital
The Demo Day served as a platform for startups that have completed NQUBATOR’s incubation program to present their solutions directly to investors and potential strategic partners. The program is designed to get early-stage companies ready for the market by focusing on scalability, investor preparation, and strategic growth.
Participating companies operate across various segments of the real estate industry, including property management, smart infrastructure, AI applications, and digital transactions. The event provided a direct line of communication between founders and key decision-makers in Dubai’s innovation ecosystem.
Dubai Cementing its Position as a Tech Hub
Saeed Al Hamli, CEO of NQUBATOR, stressed the need for strong platforms that connect startups with the resources they need to scale.
“The PropTech sector is evolving rapidly, and Dubai continues to position itself as a leading global hub for innovation, entrepreneurship, and future-focused technologies,” Al Hamli stated. “Through initiatives like the NQUBATOR PropTech Demo Day, we aim to provide founders with direct access to investors, ecosystem partners, and market opportunities that can accelerate their growth locally and internationally.”
He added that the collaboration with Dubai CommerCity signals a shared goal of backing ambitious entrepreneurs and building an environment where new ideas can flourish.
Supporting Founders Through the Early Stages
The incubation program provides critical support to startups during their most challenging phase. Serhat Cicekoglu, a tech investor and sponsor of the PropTech cohort, commented on the program’s impact.
“NQUBATOR program supports entrepreneurs at the most difficult stage of their journey, with a robust content and mentor pool to prepare them for their next step — growth,” Cicekoglu said.
The event also included networking sessions and discussions on the future of smart cities and the digital transformation of real estate in the MENA region.
