Expertise France has opened a call for Lebanese non-profit Business Development Organizations to support women-led businesses through the EU-funded Women Empowerment Hub (WE-HUB) project.
The selected organization will manage an integrated support mechanism combining financial assistance with business development support, implementation follow-up, financial oversight, compliance and risk management. The program is designed to strengthen the sustainability, growth and resilience of women-led businesses across Lebanon.
Applicants should have experience in business development, grant management and supporting small and medium-sized enterprises. Proposed support must include transparent and auditable financial mechanisms, tailored technical guidance, monitoring of approved business plans, and compliance with EU and Expertise France requirements. Financial assistance will not be provided through unrestricted direct cash transfers.
Applications must be submitted through the POPS platform by November 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM Beirut time. Applicants without an existing POPS account must register before applying.
Two information sessions are scheduled for October 15 in Beirut and October 29 online.
