Fast Company Middle East will bring its Taste of Innovation event series to Dubai for the first time on November 19, as part of Dubai Future Week 2026.
The evening will take place from 6:30 PM to 10 PM at Jun’s in Downtown Dubai. Hosted by Fast Company Middle East and Dubai Future Week, it will explore how artificial intelligence, science and emerging technologies could influence the future of food.
Chef Kelvin Cheung, chef and partner at Jun’s and a Fast Company Middle East Most Creative People in Business honoree, will create a four-course menu. Each course will offer a different interpretation of an idea about the future, including possibilities on Earth and what people may need beyond the planet.
The event will also examine how technology is changing creativity and authorship in the kitchen. It is expected to bring together founders, investors, policymakers and members of the region’s innovation community for discussions beyond the dining experience.
Dubai Future Week, organised by Dubai Future Foundation from November 18 to 21, 2026, is expected to attract more than 10,000 people across Emirates Towers and the Museum of the Future under the theme “For the Human of the Future”.
