FinBursa has launched FinBursa 360, an AI-powered platform that brings investment management, deal execution, fundraising and investor relations workflows into one system for private markets firms.
Founded in 2024 and co-founded by former BlackRock director Ismail Badereldine, the company serves private equity, venture capital, private credit and other investment firms. Its platform combines investment CRM, deal management, virtual data rooms, investor onboarding, fundraising and reporting tools.
FinBursa 360 includes five specialised AI agents and an orchestrator that coordinate information across a firm’s operations. According to the company, the system can analyse deal pipelines, identify potential investors or buyers, support due diligence and generate research insights from emails, meetings, documents, deal histories and investor activity.
The platform can also draft investor outreach for review, but messages require human approval before being sent. Firms can customise the system to their workflows and branding, with deployment possible within days, the company said.
FinBursa said the platform is ISO 27001:2022 certified and SOC 2 Type 1 attested.
