Founder Connects will host Spotlight: Dubai Startup Pitch & Mixer on Thursday, September 3, bringing together 80 vetted founders and investors in a two-part event.
The morning session, held virtually from 11:30 AM to 12:40 PM GMT+4, will feature one-on-one speed networking, with participants scheduled to meet nine founders or investors. The evening gathering will take place from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM at Paramount Hotel Midtown in Dubai.
Ten founders will be selected at random during the virtual session to deliver one-minute pitches during the in-person meetup. The pitch segment is open to tech startups, and attendees will rate the presentations. The top founder will receive three months of free Founder Connects Residency membership, according to the event announcement.
The event will also feature Ayham Gorani of Pemo as guest of the month. The ticket includes access to both sessions, a founders-only WhatsApp group, a welcome drink and popcorn. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the venue.
