Google has launched Gemini 4 Argon, an artificial intelligence model now available to developers and businesses worldwide, according to the announcement.
The model is designed to handle complex, multi-step tasks in programming, finance, law, cybersecurity and science. Google said Argon is built for work requiring “depth and focus,” including advanced process automation.
API pricing starts at $2 per million input tokens and $10 per million output tokens, with prices set to double after November.
Argon is available to Google customers through its AI application-building tools. Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers can access the model through the Gemini app and Google Search’s AI Mode, while the Antigravity coding tool is limited to Ultra subscribers.
Google said teams using Argon through Antigravity increased code delivery rates by more than 35% and reduced rollbacks by about one-third.
The company is also expanding its Fairwind cybersecurity program to hundreds of additional partners. Approved companies will receive access to a version of Argon without its default security restrictions.
Separately, Google said 10,000 scientific researchers will receive free access to the highest Antigravity usage tiers for six months.
