Gulf Bank has renewed its strategic partnership with INJAZ Kuwait, reaffirming a long-standing commitment to developing youth talent in the country. The collaboration focuses on delivering training and entrepreneurship programs designed to prepare young Kuwaitis for the job market and equip them with entrepreneurial skills.

A Two-Decade Commitment to Kuwait’s Vision

The partnership between Gulf Bank and INJAZ has been a consistent fixture in Kuwait’s ecosystem for more than 20 years, impacting thousands of students across high schools and universities. The renewal underscores the bank’s focus on investing in local talent as a core part of its corporate strategy.

Najla Al-Eisa, Head of Marketing at Gulf Bank, stated that the partnership is an essential part of the bank’s five-year strategy and the national Kuwait Vision 2035, both of which prioritize youth support and human capital investment.

The collaboration has successfully developed a range of programs that provide hands-on experience and practical knowledge. Gulf Bank employees actively participate as volunteers, mentoring and training students in various initiatives organized by INJAZ Kuwait.

Key programs include the “Innovation Camp,” “My Money, My Future,” “Career Success,” “How Do I Start,” “Field Visits,” and the flagship “Company Program,” which guides students through the entire lifecycle of launching a startup.

Laila Hilal Al-Mutairi, CEO of INJAZ Kuwait, commented on the long-term impact of the bank’s support. “Our partnership with Gulf Bank extends over many years and is extraordinary because it has enabled the organization to reach thousands of students and provide them with quality programs in entrepreneurship, work readiness, and financial literacy,” she noted.

Since its establishment in 2005, INJAZ Kuwait has trained over 150,000 students across its three core pillars: work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.
