Saudi Arabia’s AI company HUMAIN has launched humain-m3, a 428-billion-parameter Arabic language model developed in partnership with Chinese AI company MiniMax.
Announced at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, the mixture-of-experts model was pre-trained on more than one trillion tokens of native Arabic content. According to HUMAIN, it achieved the highest average score among tested frontier models across seven public Arabic benchmarks.
The model is currently available as a research preview through HUMAIN Node, HUMAIN’s platform for enterprise model access and inference. The company said it plans to release the model weights publicly under the MiniMax Community License after completing safety alignment and fine-tuning.
The launch adds to HUMAIN’s work on its proprietary ALLAM Arabic model family. It also supports the company’s wider plan for HUMAIN Node to operate as an open, model-agnostic marketplace, allowing enterprises to adopt models from different developers while keeping their existing compute, data and security infrastructure in place.
