INJAZ Bahrain and the Bahrain Economic Development Board (Bahrain EDB) have completed the second edition of the EconoQuesters Program, a four-week initiative that brought together 12 INJAZ alumni in their third and fourth years of university.
The participants were split into three teams and asked to assess Bahrain’s performance in a selected priority sector. Their work examined the Kingdom’s regional competitiveness and produced recommendations based on their research.
Supported by mentors from Bahrain EDB and external advisers, the teams also took part in two Presenting With Impact workshops to strengthen their presentation skills before presenting their findings to a judging panel. A winning team was selected after the final presentations.
INJAZ Bahrain Chairperson Shaikha Hessa bint Khalifa Al Khalifa said the programme allowed alumni to apply their academic knowledge to real-world issues and develop their own ideas.
Bahrain EDB Chief Executive Noor bint Ali Al Khulaif said the partnership supports the development of young talent by giving students practical exposure to Bahrain’s economic priorities and the factors shaping the country’s competitiveness.
The programme reflects INJAZ Bahrain’s focus on practical learning opportunities that complement university studies and connect young Bahrainis with professionals and real-world challenges.
