Quick Facts
- Location: Prince Mohammed bin Salman Non-Profit City, Riyadh
- Capacity: Accommodates over 440 employees
- Design: Inspired by Salmani architecture and targets LEED Gold certification
A Blueprint for Innovation
The new Misk headquarters is designed as a smart, collaborative environment. During his visit on April 14, 2026, Prince Faisal bin Ayyaf, accompanied by Misk CEO Dr. Badr Al-Badr, explored the operational capabilities of the building. The facility integrates a mix of closed offices for focused work, open areas for collaboration, and flexible zones to support different team dynamics.
Architecturally, the building follows the unique “Salmani” style, which merges the authentic Najdi identity with modern, sustainable design principles. This approach is reflected in its connection to the main pedestrian path of the city and the natural landscape of Wadi Hanifa, promoting a healthy and sustainable work environment. The building’s design is aimed at securing the gold-level LEED certification for energy and environmental design.
An Ecosystem Hub for Youth and Tech
Beyond traditional office space, the headquarters is equipped with specialized facilities to advance Misk’s objectives. A central feature is the “Experience Center,” a dedicated space for showcasing youth-led initiatives. It also includes a mini-theater fitted with modern technology to present success stories and innovative projects.
The building is structured around a central green courtyard and outdoor gardens, intended to enhance well-being and connect the institutional work with nature. With parking for 200 vehicles and logistical facilities designed for seamless access, the HQ is built to serve as a central hub for Misk’s programs, workshops, and events that connect young talent with business leaders and investors.
Anchoring Riyadh’s Vision 2030 Ambitions
At the conclusion of his tour, Prince Faisal bin Ayyaf praised the Misk Foundation’s pivotal role in shaping the Kingdom’s future by investing in its youth. He emphasized that the new headquarters is not just an architectural landmark but a significant developmental addition to Riyadh, reinforcing its growing status as a global center for innovation and creativity. The project directly supports the goals of Vision 2030 by creating an environment that cultivates national talent and accelerates the growth of new ventures.
