Intersect is inviting students from Birzeit University and Al-Quds University, Abu Dis, to apply for STEP, a pre-incubation program for developing tech-based and tech-enabled startup ideas.
The program runs for about nine weeks and includes workshops, expert-led sessions and practical work focused on each team’s idea. Participants will explore their potential, test their assumptions and learn how to move from an early concept toward a viable business.
By the end of the program, teams are expected to have a validated idea, a business model, a working prototype and a pitch for Demo Day. The final competition will mark the transition to the next phase of their startup journey, according to the announcement.
The opportunity is open to students at the two universities who have a technology-focused idea and want to develop it further.
