Khwarizmi Ventures has completed a partial exit from Bosta, generating a net return of approximately 3x its total investment in the company, according to the announcement.
The transaction marks Khwarizmi Ventures’ sixth successful exit since its launch. Its previous exits include Tamara, POSRocket, Fatura, Melltoo and Qawafel.
The venture firm invested in Bosta three times over a six-year period, beginning with the startup’s Series A round and later leading one of its follow-on financing rounds. Khwarizmi Ventures said it backed Bosta’s founding team based on its vision, execution capabilities and customer-focused approach.
The firm said the partial exit reflects the value Bosta created as it grew from an early-stage startup into a market leader. It also marks another milestone for Khwarizmi Ventures, which has returned capital to investors in its Fund I twice in less than five years since launch.
The transaction adds to the firm’s record of exits and highlights the outcome of its early-stage investment partnership with Bosta.
