Kuwait’s Public Authority for Youth and Sports has signed a contractual memorandum with Boeing to establish the Kuwait Technical Entrepreneurship Complex.

The authority said the project will provide young entrepreneurs with specialised programmes focused on technical and practical skills, while transferring knowledge, technology and expertise from Boeing, its partners and other global companies.

Acting Director General Bashar Abdullah said the complex is intended to strengthen support for Kuwaiti youth working in technology, entrepreneurship and related fields. He added that it will connect entrepreneurs and startups with global accelerators, including Boeing’s programmes, creating opportunities to develop, grow and engage with international expertise and markets.

The memorandum was signed by Abdullah on behalf of the authority and by Musaed Al-Houli, Boeing Kuwait’s chief executive, on behalf of the company.
