NHC Innovation has started construction of Khuzam Digital Valley, a data centre project in Saudi Arabia backed by targeted investments of SAR 3.3B, according to the company.

The first phase is expected to deliver 15 megawatts of capacity and be completed by the middle of the following year. The company plans to expand the project gradually to 65 megawatts over the next six to eight years, NHC Innovation’s digital sector CEO Marwan Al Zamel said during LEAP 2026 in Riyadh.

The project is designed to support NHC Innovation’s digital services and artificial intelligence applications. The company manages more than 15 technology platforms serving the real estate, municipal and housing sectors, which has increased demand for computing resources and digital capacity.

NHC Innovation has also begun attracting international customers, naming China’s BytePlus and South Korea’s NAVER Innovation as the project’s first two major clients. The company said Khuzam Digital Valley will serve its platforms, local customers and international companies seeking data centre capacity in Saudi Arabia.
