The Oman Real Estate Association has launched an online platform and signed cooperation agreements at a forum focused on using innovation and artificial intelligence to advance Oman’s property sector.
Held in Muscat, the Real Estate Innovation and Artificial Intelligence Forum explored how digital tools could improve the sector’s efficiency and competitiveness as technology develops rapidly.
Hassan bin Khamis al Ruqaishi, chairman of the association, said the organisation was working to turn innovation and AI into practical tools for the property industry and the wider economy. According to the announcement, the forum is part of a broader effort to build a more innovative, efficient and sustainable real estate sector while strengthening cooperation across the property ecosystem.
Sessions covered challenges facing investors, developers and buyers, as well as the use of digital asset management to reduce costs, predictive analytics to improve investor experiences and AI to support the design of energy-efficient smart neighbourhoods.
The event also featured an overview of Tatwir’s services and a panel discussion on the future of emerging technology in the property market. The signed memorandums aim to expand partnerships and improve services and initiatives for industry participants and other stakeholders.
