Parkin Company PJSC has renewed its parking management agreement with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) for another 10 years, covering paid parking operations across Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) in Dubai.
Under the renewed agreement, Parkin will exclusively manage and operate around 2,800 paid parking spaces, including 250 spaces for motorcycles. Its responsibilities will include daily operations and parking payments through digital and physical channels.
The company said the partnership is intended to make parking more convenient for JLT residents, businesses and visitors while improving mobility and parking management across the community.
Parkin will also install solar power infrastructure as part of the agreement. The company said the project supports its expansion across Dubai’s developer parking portfolio and its focus on technology-led and sustainable parking services.
DMCC described the extended partnership as part of its efforts to improve the everyday experience in JLT, while Parkin said the renewal reflects continued confidence in its parking management capabilities.
