Qatar’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) has launched a digital Regulatory Record Report service, allowing businesses to access official regulatory records electronically through the ministry’s online platform.

The service removes the need for manual procedures and is designed to reduce processing times, improve operational efficiency and give companies faster access to regulatory information, according to the announcement.

The initiative is part of Qatar’s broader digital government strategy, which aims to expand integrated online services and paperless transactions across public institutions. Electronic records can also support more efficient verification, reduce administrative errors and improve visibility into compliance requirements.

For companies operating in Qatar, the new service could simplify interactions with public authorities by centralizing access to regulatory documentation and reducing the operational burden associated with manual processes.

The launch adds to Qatar’s ongoing push to modernize government services and strengthen the digital infrastructure supporting businesses and investors.
