The first is closing the significant gaps in computing infrastructure, data access, and talent that exist between nations.
The second priority is promoting interoperability across different national governance frameworks to avoid a fragmented global system. Finally, the minister emphasized the need to keep human rights and meaningful human oversight at the absolute center of all AI systems.
