Riyadh is set to host the inaugural Kingdom of Gaming event from December 1 to 3, 2026, bringing together game developers, publishers, investors, technology companies, talent and esports organisations.
The event will take place at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham. Organisers expect more than 20,000 visitors, including 500 studios and developers, 300 exhibitors and sponsors, and 200 investors. More than 200 speakers will participate across four stages.
Kingdom of Gaming will include investor meetings, curated networking, startup programmes, executive roundtables and spaces for project showcases. Its official platform says the event aims to give around 50 startups exposure to investors and publishers, with an earlier target of facilitating 25 investment and publishing deals.
The programme will cover game development, publishing, investment, emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, intellectual property and esports. Speakers and participants include Savvy Games Group, Ubisoft, Roblox, PUBG MOBILE, Unreal Engine, Tencent Cloud, Impact46 and Merak Capital. Founding partners include Tuwaiq Academy, NEOM and Amazon Web Services.
The event will also feature the KoG Academy, the Made in the Kingdom initiative supported by Unreal Engine, and a PUBG MOBILE creator showcase featuring work by Saudi students. According to the announcement, the event is designed to support Saudi Arabia’s broader push to develop local game production and connect the market with global industry players.
