Saudi AI startup Deqa.ai has welcomed Orbit Ventures, backed by Sanabil Investments, to its pre-seed round, according to an announcement by founder Ahmed Saber.
The Al Khobar-based company develops artificial intelligence solutions focused on computer vision and turning operational data into actionable insights. Financial terms of the round were not disclosed.
Saber said the company had spoken with several investors in recent months, with some investing, others continuing to follow its progress and others passing on the round. He also highlighted Orbit Ventures’ support on product distribution, growth loops and word-of-mouth strategies.
Deqa.ai said it remains in the early stages of building the company and plans to attend LEAP 2026 in Riyadh.
