Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has launched the second edition of its Corporate Innovation Program, known as CVC, through the Digital Entrepreneurship Center CODE and in partnership with Plug and Play.

The program is designed to help leaders at Saudi companies adopt open innovation methods and develop stronger models for working with and investing in startups. It will focus on moving companies from understanding the value of innovation to applying it through structured internal practices.

Participants will receive practical tools and frameworks to identify technologies and ideas inside and outside their organisations, then turn them into technology solutions and new growth opportunities.

The program will include in-person workshops in Riyadh from November 23 to 25, 2026. Sessions will cover innovation as a strategic priority, corporate venture capital models, adopting startup solutions as a corporate customer, and strategic partnerships.

The workshops will also include practical exercises and global case studies to help participants define innovation priorities, select suitable models and identify partnership opportunities.

According to the announcement, the program is expected to expand opportunities for Saudi startups to access corporate partnerships and markets. Interested participants can register through the program’s official registration channel.
