Fintech platform Abhi Saudi, powered by Alraedah Digital Solutions, has partnered with payments firm Qlub to provide its Earned Wage Access (EWA) solution to Qlub’s employees in the Kingdom. This collaboration allows staff to access a portion of their earned salary at any point during the month, bypassing the traditional monthly pay cycle.

A Push for Employee Financial Wellness
The partnership is designed to give Qlub’s workforce greater control over their finances. By offering the ability to draw down earned wages on-demand, the initiative aims to reduce financial stress and improve overall well-being for employees, helping them manage daily needs without waiting for payday.

Fintech Synergy Aligned with Vision 2030
The collaboration reflects a broader trend of fintechs leveraging technology to enhance employee experiences, a goal that aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
“Qlub has signed a cooperation agreement with ABHI to provide Qlub employees with access to ABHI’s earned salary advance service,” said Fahad Almutairi, People Lead at Qlub. He noted that the service offers a “simple, fast experience” through an easy-to-use interface, with quick processing and fund transfers, making it a practical option for employees.
