Scale AI and Dell Technologies have signed a memorandum of understanding to support artificial intelligence adoption and digital infrastructure development in Qatar.
According to the announcement, the partnership will explore opportunities across government and enterprise sectors by combining Dell Technologies’ infrastructure expertise with Scale AI’s capabilities in AI development and deployment.
The collaboration is aligned with Qatar’s ambition to build a knowledge-based economy supported by advanced technologies, digital innovation and data-driven decision-making.
Scaling AI requires more than algorithms. Organizations also need high-performance computing, secure data platforms, scalable cloud environments and infrastructure capable of handling increasingly complex workloads. The two companies said their collaboration could help organizations move from AI experimentation toward broader enterprise implementation.
The agreement comes as Qatar continues to invest in cloud capacity, data centres and telecommunications networks to support digital services across sectors including healthcare, finance, energy, education and government. The partnership also reflects the growing role of global technology alliances in strengthening the Gulf’s AI and innovation ecosystem.
