Sheraa Sharjah will host From Concept to Concrete: Technical Feasibility for F&B Ventures on August 20, 2026, from 11am to 1pm. The in-person workshop will help founders assess a site before signing a lease or committing to a restaurant, central kitchen or other food production facility.
Led by Suhail Rasheed, a civil engineer with 11 years of experience building commercial kitchens and F&B facilities across the UAE, the session will cover feasibility, space planning, CAPEX and hidden costs that can derail a project.
Participants will test their own concepts using checklists from real UAE projects and leave with a space brief, a pre-lease validation checklist and a clearer view of where budgets can increase during development.
The workshop is free for Sheraa members and community members. Seats are limited, with priority given to Sheraa members.
