SouqMetrics has launched an AI-powered ecommerce intelligence platform designed to help operators identify business changes and understand their causes before the weekly reporting cycle.
Founded by CEO Jessy Shaanin, the system brings together store, advertising, attribution, customer behavior, profitability and operational data. It is built for ecommerce brands, growth marketers, operators and agencies that would otherwise need to combine information from multiple platforms manually.
According to the company, SouqMetrics is designed to answer three questions: what happened, why it matters and where to look next. The platform monitors metrics including revenue, orders, ad spend, ROAS, CPA, customer value, campaign performance, product activity and conversion-funnel behavior.
It can flag issues such as rising CPA, falling ROAS, inactive advertising accounts, continued ad spending on out-of-stock products and campaigns increasingly dependent on returning customers. The system also works inside ChatGPT and Claude, allowing users to query their ecommerce data from those tools.
SouqMetrics said its platform uses Supabase infrastructure on AWS in Frankfurt, with encrypted API connections, row-level security and isolated tenant schemas. The company launched one month ago and is already working with freelance growth marketers and ecommerce teams. Named customers include KStore, LivoCare, Pharma Tech’s, Roo Cocoon and DAYS Coffee.
