TAMWILCOM has launched its “Tournée des Territoires” in Tangier, introducing a new co-financing offer developed with banking institutions.
The tour is part of JOSSOUR 2030, TAMWILCOM’s 2026-2030 strategic plan. It will take the institution to 10 other regions to meet banks and businesses, explain its guarantee and financing mechanisms, and align its solutions with local project needs.
The new offer targets women business owners, Moroccans living abroad developing investment projects, and companies pursuing green and sustainable investments. Eligible beneficiaries can access financing at preferential rates, according to the announcement.
The launch follows a strong first half of 2026 for TAMWILCOM. The institution mobilized MAD 23.9 billion ($2.47 billion) in financing and recorded MAD 14.7 billion ($1.52 billion) in commitments across more than 31,500 credit operations. Businesses accounted for nearly 26,000 of those operations.
TAMWILCOM said its Damane Express mechanism guaranteed more than 20,000 loans worth MAD 2.7 billion ($278.8 million) for microenterprises and very small businesses. Its participatory finance window, DAAMA TAMWIL, provided more than MAD 400 million ($41.3 million) in business financing, up 72% from the same period in 2025.
The institution will also present regional awards recognizing financial partners that help mobilize its guarantee mechanisms and support businesses.
