Telr has partnered with Jordanian quick-commerce platform Jet to provide payment infrastructure as the company expands its grocery and everyday essentials delivery business.

Under the agreement, Telr will support payment acceptance across Jet’s digital channels, with multiple payment methods and security features designed to help the platform scale. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Jet, founded and operated by a Jordanian team in Amman, owns its inventory and manages fulfilment directly. The platform delivers groceries and other everyday products within minutes.

Telr said the partnership will strengthen the payments infrastructure supporting Jordan’s digital commerce sector. Khalil Alami, Telr’s founder and CEO, said the company aims to support Jet as it develops its position in Jordan’s quick-commerce market.

Faris Sinokrot, founder and CEO of Jet Application, said the partnership would provide infrastructure and scalability for Jet’s expansion while supporting its customer service standards.

The deal follows Telr’s expansion into Jordan and Bahrain in October 2024. Founded in 2014, Telr holds a Central Bank of the UAE licence for Retail Payment Services and operates across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Jordan. Its services include payment processing, digital invoicing, QR payments and merchant financing.
