UAE-based martial arts and holistic education company GMNSM has raised $2 million from VEYRA Capital and a private investor as it prepares to expand into Saudi Arabia and Europe.
Founded in 2022 by Andrej Kuprejev, GMNSM operates 11 academies across the UAE, Qatar and Cyprus, serving more than 700 children and adults. Its programmes combine martial arts and physical education with soft-skills development for children, alongside martial arts classes for adults.
The funding will support the launch of GMNSM’s first jiu-jitsu academy in Riyadh and its first European location in Monaco. The company also plans to expand into the UK, Switzerland and Spain.
GMNSM said it plans to grow its workforce from 40 to 60 employees by the end of 2026. It has also developed Allim AI, an internal lesson-audit platform that analyses coaching performance, student engagement and retention metrics to help standardise teaching quality across its academies.
The company said its signature programme combines physical training with sessions focused on goal-setting, emotional resilience, reflection and problem-solving. According to the announcement, the Riyadh academy will serve as a base for wider expansion across Saudi Arabia, while Monaco will support its broader European plans.
