The UAE Capital Market Authority (CMA) has restructured its legislation platform to make regulatory frameworks easier to access, search and track.
The rules are now available in Arabic and English, with content organised into chapters covering regulations in force, approved updates, repealed provisions, archived materials and version history. Users can view current requirements, review previous versions and follow relevant dates for regulatory changes.
New features include enhanced search and filtering, improved navigation, links to related content and the ability to switch directly between the two languages. The platform is intended for investors, licensed entities, issuers, financial influencers, regulatory sandbox participants and other stakeholders in the UAE and abroad.
According to the CMA, the platform is supported by cloud-based, AI-ready technology infrastructure. The regulator said this creates a foundation for future technology use in regulatory search and retrieval, while improving transparency and efficiency across the capital market framework.
Waleed Saeed Al Awadhi, the CMA’s chief executive, said the changes would make it easier for stakeholders to understand the rules governing the capital market and strengthen confidence in the regulatory environment.
