The UAE International Investment Council (UAEIIC) has launched two data products designed to help its members identify and assess overseas investment opportunities.

Presented during the Council’s third board meeting in Abu Dhabi, the FDI Dashboard tracks global investment trends by country, sector, investor, investment type and time period. It also provides data on investment values, deal activity and future pipelines, along with downloadable reports on UAE outward investment by country.

The Council’s Investment Potential Reports assess investment opportunities in priority international markets. According to the announcement, the reports examine market size, demand, policy support, competitiveness and investment activity to highlight sectors with strong growth potential and alignment with UAE investment interests.

The tools are intended to support the deployment of Emirati capital into strategically important markets, the company said. The Council also reviewed initiatives for the remainder of 2026.

The UAE’s Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) programme has reached 38 agreements since its launch in September 2021, with 18 currently in force. The country’s non-oil foreign trade totalled AED1.937 trillion ($527.5 billion) in the first half of 2026.
