The UAE’s 100 Companies of the Future initiative has honoured its third cohort of 100 startups during Investopia Bridge 2026 in Abu Dhabi, recognising their work across new economy sectors.

The initiative, jointly run by the Ministry of Economy and Tourism and the Government Development and Future Office, also opened nominations for its next edition in October. Eligible startups and entrepreneurial ventures can access the initiative’s partner network, growth support programmes and opportunities linked to expansion and investment.

According to the announcement, participating companies have attracted $100M in investment through the initiative’s partners since its launch, with more than 53 companies benefiting. The initiative has also published a report covering the companies’ sectors, business models, growth stages and achievements.

During the event, the initiative signed memoranda of understanding with Nawa Capital, Global Ventures and Carta. Global Ventures committed to allocating at least $1M to one or more participating companies, while Carta will provide fundraising, valuation, compliance and equity management support, alongside training, mentoring and a 25% first-year subscription discount.

The initiative now has 42 partners and has listed 300 companies across three editions. It received 3,395 applications, including 1,282 for the third edition. Companies are assessed on innovation, market potential, scalability and environmental, social and governance impact.
