Zain Innovation Campus (ZINC) has held a four-day entrepreneurship bootcamp in Amman to help women turn business ideas into sustainable ventures.

Organised in partnership with Arab Women Today, the “From Idea to Entrepreneurship” programme brought together 26 women at different stages of their entrepreneurial journeys, from developing new concepts to growing existing businesses.

Entrepreneurship expert and consultant Nidal Qandilo led the training, which covered problem identification, product and service development, market entry, pricing, distribution, marketing and sales. Participants also explored financial management, funding and how to present projects to investors.

The participating projects spanned handicrafts, fashion, cosmetics, food, education, consulting and marketing services. The programme also focused on market research, planning and decision-making, with practical regional case studies allowing participants to apply the training to their own ventures.

According to the announcement, the bootcamp also addressed how entrepreneurs can respond flexibly to changing business conditions, including the growing role of artificial intelligence in product development. ZINC said the initiative forms part of its efforts to provide learning, mentorship and collaboration spaces that support women’s participation in entrepreneurship and economic development.
