Orange Jordan has concluded the 9th edition of its Orange Social Venture Prize (OSVP 2025), honoring three outstanding projects that address pressing social and environmental challenges. The winners were announced at a ceremony at the Innovation Hub in Orange Digital Village.

The 9th edition of the competition showcased a new wave of socially-driven innovation in Jordan:
- 9th Edition: The milestone edition of the OSVP in Jordan.
- 3 Winning Projects: Hi Health-Technologies, Recycle of CO₂, and EyeLocate were crowned the winners.
- €25,000 Top Global Prize: The amount the winners will compete for in the global finals in Cape Town, South Africa.
- 17 Countries: The number of Middle Eastern and African countries participating in the global finals.
Meet the Winners: Innovation for Impact
After a competitive showcase of ten projects, a jury of experts selected three winners:
- 1st Place (JD 4,000): Hi Health-Technologies, founded by Wissam Al-Qatawneh, for its advanced health initiative combating diabetes.
- 2nd Place (JD 2,500): Recycle of CO₂, by Ahmad Al-Khawaldeh, for its patented technology that recycles industrial CO₂ emissions into high-purity organic fertilizers.
- 3rd Place (JD 1,500): EyeLocate, founded by Leen Al-Madanat, for a tech-driven iris scanning solution that helps protect dementia patients from getting lost.
A Gateway to the Global Stage
The three winning projects will now advance to the global edition of OSVP in Cape Town, South Africa. There, they will compete against entrepreneurs from 17 Middle Eastern and African countries for awards of up to €25,000, in addition to the €20,000 Global Women’s Award. Jordan has a strong track record at the global competition, with a previous winner of the Global Women’s Award in 2024 and a third-place finish in 2023.
