Morocco has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with leading French generative AI firm Mistral AI to accelerate the development of its national artificial intelligence ecosystem. The agreement, signed by Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni, Minister Delegate for Digital Transition, and Arthur Mensch, CEO of Mistral AI, focuses on building local talent and fostering AI-driven innovation across the country.

The partnership is designed to cultivate Moroccan expertise in AI through collaborative training programs, applied research initiatives, and comprehensive knowledge exchange.
