US-Jordanian no-code voice orchestration platform Breez AI has successfully raised $1.3 million in a pre-seed funding round. The investment was led by the prominent MENA venture capital firm Wamda Capital, with participation from DASH Ventures, FENA Holdings, and other strategic angel investors.
The new capital will be used to accelerate product development and fuel global expansion as the enterprise demand for reliable Voice AI solutions continues to grow across customer service and operations.
Solving an Infrastructure Problem, Not an AI Problem
Despite significant advancements in artificial intelligence, many businesses struggle with deploying effective voice automation. The core issue, as identified by Breez AI, is not the AI models themselves but the fragmented and outdated infrastructure they run on. Every phone call relies on a complex, real-time coordination of routing, media delivery, AI processing, and carrier handoffs, all happening within milliseconds.
Most companies attempt to build their voice systems by stitching together disconnected vendors and regional phone networks designed for human call centers, not real-time automation. This approach often results in fragile systems that fail under load, leading to delayed responses, dropped calls, and robotic interactions that frustrate customers.
A No-Code Orchestration Layer
Breez AI addresses this challenge by replacing the fragmented voice stack with a single, no-code orchestration layer. The platform unifies global routing, carrier connectivity, media delivery, and AI processing, allowing organizations to deploy real-time Voice AI across their phone operations without complex engineering or integrating multiple systems.
This unified approach enables businesses to launch natural-sounding, multilingual automation at scale, significantly reducing delays and call failures. The company is already running paid proofs of concept designed for thousands of daily calls and is partnering with AI and contact-center providers for deployments across North America and the GCC.
Founder’s Vision for a Reliable Voice
Karim Malhas, Founder and CEO of Breez AI, explained the motivation behind the company, noting that voice was the final manual bottleneck in otherwise digital operations.
“I started Breez because voice was the last manual bottleneck in digital operations,” said Malhas. “What breaks voice isn’t the AI – it’s the systems around it. We built the missing layer: reliable calls at scale, with no developers and no stitching.”
“Voice never kept up with digital,” he added. “Our goal is to make it as reliable as software – push a button, go live globally, and stay fast.”
