It aims to create a cohesive national network of “Catalysts” who act as the primary link between local innovators and national opportunities.

- Experience: Preference is given to those with previous experience—even if minor—in community activities or entrepreneurial events.
- Vision: A clear understanding of the local ecosystem and a drive to support diverse groups, including women, youth, and displaced persons.
- Selection Limit: A maximum of two participants will be selected per city or central region.
