Inception, a G42 company and a leading AI innovator in the region, has announced a strategic partnership with Tajikistan’s Ministry of Industry and New Technologies and synthetic data company Zypl.ai. The collaboration aims to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence across Tajikistan’s public sector.
A Strategic Push Into Central Asia
Under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the three parties will work together to pilot, deploy, and scale AI solutions within Tajikistan’s public administration. This move is part of the country’s transformative national initiative, AI-GOV, and supports the implementation of its National AI Strategy for 2040.
The partnership establishes a clear framework for cooperation, focusing on strengthening institutional AI capabilities and ensuring the responsible adoption of the technology.

The collaboration is envisioned as a key driver for Tajikistan’s technological advancement, positioning the nation as a regional benchmark for AI governance and public-sector implementation for other Central Asian governments. The MoU outlines joint efforts in knowledge transfer, capacity building, and creating institutional frameworks to support long-term AI scaling.
Commenting on the agreement, Minister Sherali Kabir said, “The signing of this tripartite Memorandum of Understanding marks an important milestone in Tajikistan’s journey toward becoming a regional hub for artificial intelligence.
