UAE’s Grantify Partners With Alpha Group To Expand EdTech Reach Into Central Asia

4 Min Read

Dubai-based education technology platform Grantify has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Alpha Group LLC, a leading education services organization based in Kazakhstan. The strategic partnership, formalized at the Dubai AI Campus, aims to expand international education and scholarship access for students across Kazakhstan and the wider Central Asian region.

A Strategic Framework for Student Mobility

The collaboration is designed to create structured and transparent pathways for students seeking global higher education opportunities. It will leverage Grantify’s digital scholarship-matching and admissions advisory platform alongside Alpha Group’s deep engagement with schools, students, and education stakeholders throughout Central Asia.

Under the agreement, the two organizations will jointly develop student outreach and referral initiatives, launch training programs focused on global admissions readiness, and coordinate school-based activities to raise awareness of international study pathways. While the partnership facilitates access and preparation, all admissions screening and selection decisions will remain the sole responsibility of partner universities.

High-Level Diplomatic and Institutional Support

The MoU signing was attended by senior diplomatic and educational leaders, reflecting strong institutional support for the initiative. His Excellency Mr. Almaz Tasbolat, Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Dubai, and senior officials from the Consulate were present to honor the event.

The partnership also received backing from key educational institutions in Kazakhstan, with directors from Specialized Lyceum No. 92, Specialized Gymnasium No. 199, and CIT ALATAU in attendance. This high-level presence underscores the strategic importance of building robust educational bridges between the UAE and Central Asia.

Empowering Students Through Technology and Local Expertise

Representatives from both parties emphasized the value of combining international technology platforms with localized expertise to better serve students in an increasingly complex global admissions landscape.

“This partnership with Alpha Group reflects a shared commitment to empowering students with the right guidance, information, and access to global education,” said Samaa Mukhaimar, Executive Director of Grantify. “Together, we are supporting schools and students with the tools and frameworks needed to navigate global admissions responsibly and effectively.”

Bakhur Ziyabekoov, Founder and Managing Director of Alpha Group, highlighted the complementary strengths of the collaboration. “We are glad to partner with Grantify to help students in Kazakhstan and across Central Asia access more international education opportunities,” he stated. “Their expertise in bringing clarity and structure to international student applications is extremely valuable in broadening students’ horizons and securing their futures.”

Following the agreement, Grantify and Alpha Group will begin designing and rolling out targeted training programs for students and families in Central Asia.
