The UAE is set to reinforce its position as a hub for frontier technology with the third edition of the Quantum Innovation Summit, scheduled to take place from April 7-9, 2026, at the Grand Hyatt Dubai Conference and Exhibition Centre. Hosted for the second consecutive year by the UAE Cybersecurity Council and organised by Vernewell Group, the summit will convene global leaders to advance the region’s quantum readiness and chart pathways for real-world deployment.
Under the theme “Quantum and Emerging Frontiers: Advancing Global Innovation and Technological Leadership,” the event will focus on quantum computing, communications, and sensing, alongside the enabling technologies required for secure integration across digital and physical systems.
Fostering Readiness and Deployment
The Quantum Innovation Summit has established itself as the region’s premier institutional platform for quantum readiness. As the technology matures, the summit addresses the critical challenges of governance, system integration, cybersecurity, and adoption sequencing across key sectors. The 2026 edition is designed to produce tangible outcomes, helping institutions identify priority initiatives and practical implementation timelines.
The three-day program is structured to transition from high-level strategic alignment to applied engagement and capability building, ensuring attendees leave with actionable insights.
A Program Designed for Impact
The first two days of the summit will feature the main conference and an integrated exhibition. Keynotes and structured dialogues will bring together senior decision-makers and technical leaders to discuss governance frameworks and adoption strategies. The exhibition will serve as the event’s applied capability layer, featuring demonstrations and solution briefings from leading organisations.
Confirmed exhibitors include the Technology Innovation Institute (TII), QuantumGate, e& UAE, IBM, ID Quantique, Quantinuum, IonQ, QuantumBasel, and Classiq. The third day will be anchored by the Quantum Futures Forum, featuring structured roundtables focused on long-term capability planning, alongside the Academic Aisle for research exchange and the Quantum Spring School for professional development.
Key Regional and Global Players Convene
The summit is strengthened by strategic participation from key entities within the UAE’s advanced technology ecosystem. TII, part of the UAE’s Advanced Technology Research Council (ATRC), will participate as the Quantum Catalyst Sponsor, bridging the gap between frontier research and commercialisation.
UAE-based post-quantum security specialist QuantumGate also joins as a Quantum Catalyst Sponsor, contributing to the summit’s focus on long-term cryptographic resilience. Reinforcing the event’s emphasis on operational integration, e& UAE will participate as a Strategic Partner, bringing its expertise in national-scale connectivity and enterprise digital infrastructure.
Anchoring Global Quantum Week
The Quantum Innovation Summit will be the cornerstone of Global Quantum Week, running from April 6-13, 2026. This broader initiative, also designed by Vernewell Group, aims to extend the summit’s impact through a series of capability-building programs, learning activities, and community engagements across the UAE and online.
Global Quantum Week is designed to broaden access to quantum knowledge, support skills development, and deepen ecosystem participation among institutions, industry, and academia, reinforcing the nation’s long-term quantum readiness strategy.
