Ooredoo has announced a significant partnership with Dell Technologies, signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to jointly deliver and power next-generation artificial intelligence services in Qatar. The collaboration is set to equip the nation’s enterprises and government entities with advanced, secure AI capabilities.
Powering Sovereign AI in Qatar
Under the MoU, the two companies will introduce an AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) offering through Ooredoo’s Sovereign AI Cloud. This new platform, powered by Dell Technologies, is designed to provide organizations with secure and scalable AI functionalities hosted within a locally governed cloud infrastructure. The initiative aims to empower clients to accelerate innovation, strengthen data sovereignty, and improve operational efficiency across various sectors.

Hassan Ismail Al-Emadi, Chief Business Officer at Ooredoo Qatar, stated that the partnership reflects the company’s commitment to delivering future-ready digital solutions to its customers.
