UAE and Saudi Arabia Dominate Winners List at 2026 MENA Stevie Awards

The results are in for the seventh annual Middle East & North Africa Stevie® Awards, recognizing workplace innovation across 18 countries in the region. Organizations from the UAE and Saudi Arabia featured heavily among the Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners, underscoring the growing competitive drive within these key markets.

A Regional Showcase of Innovation

Sponsored by the RAK Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the awards serve as a key barometer for corporate and institutional achievement in the region. This year’s competition drew more than 1,400 nominations in both Arabic and English from 15 nations, including Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, and Türkiye.

The winners were selected based on the average scores from a panel of 155 international professionals. These judges evaluated entries across a wide range of categories, including technology, customer service, management, sustainability, and human resources.

UAE and Saudi Lead the Winners’ Circle

A glance at the list of multi-award winners reveals a strong showing from the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Prominent UAE-based organizations recognized include Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority, ADNOC Drilling, Dubai Culture & Arts Authority, and Etihad Water and Electricity (EtihadWE).

From Saudi Arabia, notable winners include the Eastern Health Cluster, the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON), and Samsung Saudi. The list also featured major players from Türkiye, such as FLO Group and VakıfBank, as well as Qatar Foundation and Ooredoo Kuwait, highlighting the breadth of talent across the region.

“We are delighted to recognize the achievements of such a diverse group of organizations across the MENA region in the 2026 edition,” said Maggie Miller, President of the Stevie Awards. “The quality of nominations received this year was exceptional. The program has grown considerably every year, showing the vast amount of innovation in the MENA region.”

Winners will be celebrated at a gala event at the InterContinental Hotel in Istanbul, Türkiye, on Friday, September 11.
