Under the agreement, RiFD will provide the core infrastructure layer for the partnership, leveraging its “securitisation-as-a-service” model. The platform is designed to aggregate, analyse, and manage securitised assets by standardising data, improving risk visibility, and simplifying asset monitoring.
Kingsbury & Partners will bring its international experience to the table, supporting deal structuring, aligning with investors, and ensuring execution follows established global credit frameworks. This combines local technological innovation with global financial expertise to create a comprehensive offering for the Saudi market.
Meeting Demand in a Growing Market
The partnership comes as Saudi Arabia’s capital markets experience significant momentum. There is a rising demand for scalable, technology-driven financing models that can unlock new asset classes—such as housing, infrastructure, renewable energy, and SMEs—and widen access to institutional capital.
