Abu Dhabi-based Solutions+, a Mubadala company, has announced a strategic partnership with G42’s Inception to boost the implementation of enterprise-level AI solutions. The collaboration, revealed at Make it in the Emirates 2026, aims to help organizations across the Mubadala Group and the wider GCC market move AI applications from small-scale pilots to fully operational systems that deliver measurable business impact.

From Pilot to Production
The new partnership combines Inception’s expertise in AI product development with the delivery and governance capabilities of Solutions+. The core goal is to address a common challenge in the industry: scaling AI initiatives to become integral parts of core business operations.

A Governed Approach to AI Deployment
Under the terms of the agreement, Solutions+ will serve as the primary delivery and client interface for Inception’s AI products and services within the Mubadala ecosystem and for other government and private sector clients in the UAE.
This structure is designed to create a streamlined and governed method for deploying enterprise AI, ensuring clear accountability from the initial design phase through to final implementation. A key part of the offering will be deep enterprise integration, particularly with Oracle-based environments, and the creation of pre-built connectors to weave AI into daily business workflows.
While Inception will continue to lead AI product development and innovation, Solutions+ will manage delivery oversight, project governance, and provide industry-specific expertise. The partnership will also extend its go-to-market initiatives across the GCC to support regional organizations in their AI adoption journeys.
