Blossom Accelerator has launched DominAite, a national AI scale-up accelerator in Saudi Arabia, bringing together a powerful coalition of global and local technology players. The initiative aims to equip the Kingdom’s emerging AI-native startups with the infrastructure, expertise, and market access needed to build globally competitive companies.
Quick Facts
- New national AI accelerator: DominAite.
- Partnership with NVIDIA, SDAIA, and Elm.
- Supported by the National Technology Development Program (NTDP).
A Strategic Push for Saudi’s AI Economy
Backed by Saudi Arabia’s National Technology Development Program (NTDP), DominAite is positioned as more than a standard accelerator. It’s a focused ecosystem play, uniting public and private sector giants to foster a new generation of AI startups in line with Vision 2030. The move comes as the Kingdom’s AI market is projected to contribute over $135 billion to its economy by 2030.
“DominAite represents far more than a traditional accelerator program. It is a strategic AI ecosystem designed to empower ambitious founders with access to world-class infrastructure, national partnerships, advanced technical expertise, and growth opportunities that can truly scale innovation from Saudi Arabia to the global stage,” said Emon Shakoor, founder of Blossom Accelerator.
Shakoor added, “By bringing together collaborators such as NVIDIA, SDAIA, and Elm, we are creating a powerful environment where entrepreneurs can build responsibly, innovate faster, and contribute directly to the Kingdom’s long-term digital transformation ambitions under Vision 2030.”
Global and National Giants Join the Fold
The program’s strength lies in its high-profile partners. NVIDIA will provide technical mentorship and training on generative AI and advanced model development. Startups accepted into the program can also apply for the NVIDIA Inception Program, which offers global resources and infrastructure support.
The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) will guide founders on AI regulations, governance, and ethical development, helping them align with national data frameworks. Digital solutions company Elm will connect startups with enterprise and government transformation projects, opening doors for practical application and integration within the Kingdom’s digitizing sectors.
Who Can Apply and What’s on Offer
DominAite is targeting early-stage AI-native startups working in fintech, healthcare, smart cities, sustainability, education, and enterprise technologies.
Beyond the technical support from its partners, the accelerator offers founders access to venture capital, strategic mentorship, and opportunities for enterprise pilots. Applications for the DominAite Accelerator Program are now open.
