Dubai Chambers Partners With Delivery Platform Keeta to Accelerate SME Growth in the UAE

Dubai Chambers has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Keeta, the on-demand delivery platform backed by global tech company Meituan. The partnership is designed to support the growth of Dubai-based small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by providing them with enhanced market access and technology-driven tools.

Unlocking Growth for Homegrown Brands

Under the new agreement, SMEs that are members of the Dubai Chambers will receive a suite of advantages on the Keeta platform. These benefits include preferential commercial incentives, a simplified onboarding process, and increased in-app visibility to reach a wider customer base.

The collaboration will also introduce a dedicated “Dubai Chambers SME badge” on the Keeta app. This feature aims to boost brand recognition for participating local businesses and encourage users to support homegrown concepts. Additionally, member companies will gain access to specialized training programs focused on menu optimization, pricing strategies, and delivery efficiency to improve their operations and customer experience.
